Jingle Roll

Delivery time

We need 2-3 business days to prepare your order before it ships. Every Jingle Roll ball is checked and packed with care. Once shipped, delivery takes 11-13 business days, so your order arrives in 13-16 business days in total. You will get a tracking number by email once your order ships; please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update. Public holidays may slightly affect delivery times.

Shipping cost

Shipping is $6.99. Orders of $50 or more ship FREE, so Buy 2 and Buy 3 bundles always ship free.

Christmas orders

To receive your order before Christmas, please order by November 30.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. International delivery times can vary with customs, and any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 24 hours so we can fix it before your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated in 7 days or your package seems lost, contact us and we will help. Orders with Shipping Protection are reshipped at no cost if lost or damaged in transit.
