30-day guarantee

If you are not happy with your Christmas Cat Ball for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you or send a replacement, your choice.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, the 30-day guarantee applies.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong design, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement.

How to request a refund

Send us a message through our contact page with your order number and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Protection

If your order includes Shipping Protection and the package is lost or damaged in transit, we will reship it at no cost.
